Are tools easy to use?

As many of you I'm proud to raise my right-hand and announce, "I am not a techie." It's my cheeky way to emphasize that I'm more concerned with strategy than the tools themselves. I have also been a very strong critic of how poorly designed and user-unfriendly most tools are. Today I'm feeling a bit more optimistic. Here's why!

Making the most of the Internet: Ideas and inspiration for online succes

I have the pleasure of facilitating the opening session and presenting a workshop on online community building for a network of organisations and individuals in London called CASCADE. The network is made up of those who are involved in the use of information to build nonprofit organisational effectiveness.

I created an online platform for the conference where you can learn more. Creating platforms like these is quite simple these days.
