Evaluating E-Newsletter Success

Last week I led a session for a group of amazing communication professionals in London that are a part of the Cascade Network . The session's focus was evaluating e-newsletter success. What follows are the audio clips from the session. Give part 1 about 30 seconds to load up before you click on the play arrow. Though the audio quality is good, it was a face-to-face session so I'm not sure how useful it'll be to you. Let me know! There are some good things raised in the session but again, audio just doesn't do justice to what we did face to face.
