- Consultations
- Consultations we provide tailor to your needs and can range from short term engagements (i.e. a single phone discussion or site visit) to long-term arrangements. We pride ourselves on our ability to let you, the client, define and drive the consultation, whilst bringing all our expertise and skill to the process.
- Trainings
- We provide customized trainings, curricula and tools in all the areas of expertise that you'll find in the 'What we specialize in' section of this website. Trainings can take the form of a single workshop or a longer multi-session engagement. We also provide extensive online support and resources for all of our trainings and emphasize the importance of peer-to-peer learning.
- Presentations
- We present at conferences, board and staff meetings and retreats internationally for associations, foundations and nonprofit organizations. We offer presentions on a wide variety of topics and couple these presentations with customized online platforms for attendees so they are able to maximize their learning experience. See the 'What we specialize in' section of this website for a flavor of the topics we can cover in a presentation for you. We customize ALL our presentations to the specific audience and your goals for the convening.
- Coaching
- Senior managers and executives we work with benefit greatly from the ongoing support provide via one-on-one coaching. Often this coaching is very informal and consists of an hour-long monthly 'check-in' type call. In other situations we develop a very specific learning agenda with the person being coached and may even use assessment and tracking tools with them to gauge progress over time.
- Research and Analysis
- We can help you define a scope for learning, develop a methodology and tools to gather data and can also collect, analyze and present the results to your in various ways.
