Over the past few months I've produced a series of online tutorials that walk you step-by-step through web 2.0 tools. I think you'll find them very useful as they will make it possible for you to easily start your own blog, produce audiocasts (podcasts), create and embed super cool maps on your website and more. I'm now working on three more tutorials. They cover Twitter, YouTube and Facebook. I'll make sure to let you know when they are ready.
